Zigzag Gymnastics bases itself on the principal of FUN, FITNESS, FUNDAMENTALS and FRIENDSHIP. To achieve all gymnasts full potential and enjoyment through quality coaching and management, in a safe, friendly, and professional environment. We also pride ourselves on being a inclusive club of all abilities and disabilities. We believe every one has the ability to achieve the fun ,fitness and fundamentals of gymnastics and create friendships with peers.
All our coaches are trained and Gymnastics’ Australia accredited. Children will improve co-ordination, balance, strength and flexibility while learning gymnastics skills.
